My approach to training

My 5 pillars of training are:

  • Quality: Less is more. High-quality training will make you go faster and further.
  • Consitency: Day-to-day training builds that foundation that leads to great race days. It's not about one perfect workout—it's about showing up regularly.
  • Recovery: Sleep, nutrition and rest. Just as important as the rest.
  • Adaptability: We all have to navigate life outside of our training, so it needs to be flexible and sustainable.
  • Self-awareness: pin-pointing arising or under-lying issues early on is key. Holistic health is paramount and we're not here to get you injured.
