How does it work?

1. Initial Consultation Call 🌲

You fill in an athlete questionnaire. Then, we'll meet to discuss what you want to achieve from this coaching relationship. This is our opportunity to explore how we'll balance your running goals with your personal life.

2. Bi-weekly training plan 👑

I'll create a high-level 3-month overview and provide you with a detailed 2-week training plan. During the first few months, we'll have bi-weekly calls to make sure any questions are answered. The goal is to be fluid in how we plan sessions, giving you the flexibility you need to get your training done.

3. Communication via Final Surge 🏃‍♂️

After each training session, you'll input your data into Final Surge. I'll review and then comment or add any information that is relevant. We will have daily interactions via Final Surge.

4. Race 🦄

Before your race, we'll meet to strategize your pacing, nutrition, and gear choices. After that, this is where you let the magic happen and go do your thing!
